Cibapac is one of South Africa’s largest manufacturers of PVC shrink film and expanded polystyrene (EPS) trays for fresh produce, meat, poultry and fast foods.

A wholly-owned South African company, Cibapac is one of only two manufacturers of multi-layered, seamless casings for polonies and has made significant inroads into lidding films for MAP (modified atmosphere packaging) and flexible APET base and lidding films for the fresh meat sector.

Cibapac’s achievements include the launch of APET roll stock, which has earned it a sizeable market share among meat and cheese packers. Future plans include offering printed shrink pouches and peelable tray lidding with customer-specific designs and branding.
